Zero feedback from the technician I finally asked was he done he said yeah I need paperwork pointed to the office. I wasted about 30 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left because I waited about five minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and then I waited in my truck about 15 minutes with no work being done on my truck

They picked up my car from home. They informed me that same day the problem I had, THEY DIDNOT HAVE THE SPARE PART. COUPLE OF DAYS LATER they returned my car since the part was in route, but I needed my car. I took it to ford place the next day and they fixed the problem.

I dropped in on Saturday March 8th to order a set of tires and scheduled my appointment for Saturday March 15th. When I arrived on the 15th the tires had not been ordered. I had to reschedule my appointment for the following Saturday before I was able to get my tires replaced, which was a good experience.

Noah Blank, the quick lane mgr., not only had accurately quoted my cost by phone, but also provided a comfortable waiting area with appropriate temperature (not freezing, like many I've been to). He even made me a fresh pot of coffee, and his personal card included his personal cell-which he encouraged me to call if I had any problems!!!
