As usual, my service advisor Joshua Domondon was nothing but courteous and professional. He listened as to why I was bringing my Mini in for service, and then also suggested other service options while my car would be there.
When I later picked up my car, he again was very attentive, which goes without saying when describing Josh. I always make sure that he is the one that will be there to write me up whenever I roll in for service.

I requested for the actual photos of the exterior and interior of the 2022 BMW M760iX but I never received them. The actual photos will be extremely helpful to me in making smart decision in the purchase of this car. The generic catalog photos presented in your website does not tell much.

They took care of the recall repair that had been outstanding for so long. Friendly service technicians. Disliked: They stopped taking checks and now charge 3% for payments with credit cards; otherwise you have to pay by debit card or cash for no additional fees.

Had to have some repair to front end plastic coating and air vent. Dan Chao my representative was excellent at keeping me informed as well making sure I had a loaner since my car was in the shop for 4 and a half days.
