Brought it in for a coolant pump recall, they spent more time on upselling than investigating the recall. When I asked for pictures of before and after related to the recall repair, they said they didn't have to provide it to me.

Thorough inspection, excellent. However, car took almost three hours between the time I authorized service and tire rotation/balance and ordering a part, the only service needed. Also, tire pressures were not correct after rotation.
