My battery died and I had them replace it and fix a minor issue with the window washer light and the work was done in a timely matter and bringing the vehicle in to have it done was easy. I also liked the service report they gave to show any future issues that may need to be looked at.

I like the fact that I can wait to have my car serviced when I schedule it ahead. Unfortunately to have a basic oil change takes 2 hours! How come some oil change places can do it in 5 minutes? I think they over schedule but doesn't help those of us who plan ahead. They did a 21 point check also so maybe that is the extra time involved. Love their service department it is just the long wait I don't like.

I booked an appointment for a tire rotation that needed to be done and when I arrived, I informed them that I had an appointment scheduled for said service and I was asked if it needed to be done or if I would rather reschedule due to them being 2 hours backed up. I said no, that's why I booked in advance because I have a busy schedule and this needed to be done. But why am I waiting 2 hours for a service I booked in advanced for?

Too many BS fees on a used vehicle for things like reconditioning, and other garbage passed onto the customer when they already hit the seller who traded it in for it. They kept playing games when they knew I was ready to purchase that day. I got a great deal on a Brand New 2025 Pathfinder Platnium 4wd from Nissan of Orange Park in Jacksonville and did the entire deal over the phone.

This is an ongoing issue with Lokey. I feel like I am being misled and lied to. I have had multiple issues on the business side since purchasing this vehicle a year ago. I don't trust what I'm being told and even when I call to get answers my messages are not returned. It makes me feel like the business is more interested in cars out the door and dollars in the cash register instead of honesty, integrity, and return customers.

Our sales person was Justin King. He kept us entertained for the six hours we were there. Offering us food and drink but a little slow on the deliver. :) This is our second time dealing with them and they came thru, allowing us to trade in our 5 year old car to a 2 year old car which is what we wanted 3 years ago. The kept us in our budget range. I look forward to return for our free lifetime oil changes and care.

Im no a mechanic, but my Battery die. I have to Uber to my house and replace the battery. I was in the shop the other day! Multiple time I was telling the mechanic, check the battery or if you can do more tests and we'll have to pay more for a battery and uber

SERVICE WAS OK. EVERYTIME THEY NEVER RESET MY OIL CHANGE LIGHT SO IT WILL GO OFF. THEY PUT THE WRONG STICKER IN MY TRUCK TO RETURN.I GO EVERY 3,000 MILES AND THE STICKER THEY PUT IN MY TRUCK IS EVERY 5,000 MILES.THEY ALSO GET UPSET BECAUSE I WILL NOT LET THEM FIX ANYTHING ON MY TRUCK. Got right in at appointment time. Treated very nicely and was offered a complimentary exterior wash. Wasn't thrilled with the list of added services they tried to sell us but it was very easy (by responding to their text) to say just do the tire rotation and skip the rest.

I had an appointment at 9:45 AM. I waited 1 hour, while the service tech talked to a woman about rats in her car. When he finally had time for me, the appoint took 10 minutes to order the parts I needed for the repair.
I have never ever had a problem at Lokey like this before and I have been a customer since 2018.

I requested that the tire pressure be checked and found
on my drive lf42 rf 35 lr 35 rr39 when I tried to reinflate
the tires properly I discovered that three(3) of the valve
stems threads were cross threaded and my air pump could
not screw on to the valve stem. Apart from that The Car runs

I have brought my new 2024 Nissan Rogue in twice now for a "recall", I don't know if the service person at the counter is listen to me or what, but not only has it not been fixed both times each time it has been worse with more things wrong with it. I have spent 4 1/2 hours setting at Lokey for these repairs. I am not a happy Lokey or Nissan customer.

What's not to like? After my previous experiences with another dealership, where an oil change and tire rotation would easily take up to 21/2 hours, where when I had a confirmed appointment and arrived early only to find 13 cars ahead of me and when I asked how long I was told casually about 2 hours, and then go to Lokey in and out 45 minutes with car wash and vacuum ha! I give them 10 stars!

Chuck always makes sure my truck runs as new. Aside from an oil change Chuck recommend a transmission fluid service to ensure my truck continues shifting well. As I drove the truck away after the service, it shifts so smoothly you can hardly tell when it's shifting. I drive across the state just to see Chuck & Lokey because they do an incredible job and I trust and know my service advisor Chuck truly has my best interest in mind.

The service was just for an oil change and a new air filter. However, I was a little confused why the service tech tried to sell me $100 worth of additives for my car.
Did not appreciate that. I also asked him to have the mechanic check my battery. It is the original battery since 2018. He said there wasn't a way to check the battery.
