Service center managers don't return calls. Have a vehicle under an insurance claim and tried to get our assigned service advisor to call or even text back. Nothing for 5 days. Glung somewhere else. Horrible!

Very nice. Upfront with costs and fast. I added extra services an hour into my oil change. They were great. As much as I spent that day, I wish they gave me a quick wash. My other dealership used to a run a quick wash after whet service.

The service was way overpriced. "Engine light" diagnostic service should be based on based on actual time involved. A gas cap problem should not have taken that much time to diagnose. Way overpriced at a minimum of $215 to start as far as I'm concerned.

The sales person handed me the keys and said congratulations after I finished the paperwork. This car is loaded and I did not know how to operate anything especially the navigation phone system.

Scheduled my car for new rims over the phone with a person when I get to my appointment and drop it off I get a call later saying my car was ready when I asked if the new rims were sealed they said no. My car was there for 8 hours. Inconvenience. Also I spoke with 2 men don't know their names but were rude over the phone.

This dealership is about the most lazy and inattentive dealership I've ever been to. This is a new development as we've bought 7 cars from Lodi Toyota in the past and it was never that way. But the new ownership and staff are just not up to snuff. One shining star is Ty. He's a stud and they're lucky to have him there.

I got in and out with-in an hour! I was on time for my appointment and they took me right away! I think the prices are quite high considering they didn't even change the oil with this new oil lasting 10,000 miles. It wound up just being a safety check of fluid levels. just under $100 is what I paid!

I asked for the cheapest car on the lot they told me this one was $8,000 then when I talked to a dealer they said it was $8,500 then when I was buying the car they said it was $8,900 there was some water on the headlights that appeared to be on the outside and when I got it home to wipe it down the water was inside the headlights I am very disappointed I may never go to Toyota dealership again

The service was very good as usual, but I was quoted less than I was charged.
The price for normal servicing is out of sight. It cost me $140 with no extra repairs. For retired people, this kind of charge is way to high. In the future, I am going to look into an alterative place to get service. Can't afford you folks any longer!!!

Young lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The man that called me with the paperwork, was not the most welcoming nor did he seem like he wanted to answer my questions. He also seemed unpleased when I stated I'll was waiting at the dealership for my car. In his defense I had a 730am appointment so maybe he just needed a some coffee. Hope he has been having better days.

The scheduled appt. was good. But I did find out I had several different filters and fluids that were due to to changed. I was not aware and it was going to be quite expensive. I was only able to do about half of what was due. Some way of forewarning patrons would be appreciated.

As always Lodi Toyota did a great job in servicing my car!! This time much was required to get my Toyota back on the road as my alternator went out!! Im grateful to Lodi Toyota to get me back on the road!!! My service advisor was great!! He was very thorough in explaining everything that was done on my car!! Service manager lied to me about a service that was not done 4 times. Then he documented a different appoinment on the service order. I called sales manager
because I bought the car 1 week before, and the phone receptionist kept transferring me back to Service Manager. I couldn't even relay to the sales department how dis-honest their service manager behaved.

I was under the impression it was an oil change. Had no idea that would be at 10k. But the service team is friendly and informative. Speedy to get you checked. To check out was a little slower, But then i under a time crunch to be fair. Will definitely go back for future service.
