Communication great. Fast and great service. Those were my 2 biggest hesitations with finding a shop after moving states. Tech actually rotated the tires during service (a lot of shops in my experience say they do, but the tech never does). Will definitely be back.

I bought the car and it had a couple of thousand miles on it. I am assuming that the service shop did all of the inspections, oil change, etc; that is required. We have used Lockhart Cadillac at Greenwood since 2015 and Doug Haggard has always done an excellent job.

Great service that included an email that gave me real-time updates of the status of my car (e.g. your vehicle has begun inspection, a technician has inspected your vehicle, etc.) and upon completion I received a call to let me know it was ready for pickup. Very professional and courteous. Issue with CarPlay putting 1/2 second skips when playing music is not the dealers doing. CarPlay in the wife's 2024 GMC sierra with my iPhone 16 pro does not do this so it's definitely a software issue in the Lyriq itself and it needs to be addressed by the engineers asap.

Bad, it took near the whole month of June to return my car. Then when bring car to me, it went into Hennessy Cadillac Dealer in GA for repair on same problem. Plus, brought back to me from Indiana with same gas. So, this tell me that they did not ROAD CHECK IT. Service was BAD for Rental Car too. There is more stop here. Can is now running but been in shop for same product 3 times.

Fantastic at the process once you have purchased your car. I came there to buy from another state and they handled everything very clearly and thoroughly. One negative was that the car I purchase hand a small issue, a tear in the seat. The photographer covered it with something for the online picture. When I came to buy it, then they showed it to me. I felt that was poor. Otherwise a good experience.

The service was impeccable, but the only issue was a missing rebate coupon from my glove box. I'm not sure if the service tech accidentally threw it out while retrieving the lock key for my wheels or took it. Since there's no proof either way, and I didn't bring it up on the day of the appointment or the next day to avoid sounding accusatory, I chose to let it go.

fortunately, the air conditioning only needed recharging rather than replacement parts. The waiting area was nice but the TV was stuck on one channel of old game shows. The people do good work but three hundred dollars for an air conditioning recharge seems a bit on the high side. I don't use the dealer for service too often because they are at the top end of pricing.
