My only complaint was whoever did the work didn't rope the oil off to the full line. It was just below a quart low! Fortunately I had a quart of oil to top it off. I wouldn't recommend the service if the technician can fill the oil to the full line.

The work was fine, but they're pricing themselves out of my business. Used to get discount coupons for oil changes, senior discounts and the fourth oil change was free. All of these are gone. I've bought six cars there and had decent service, but I can't see any reason to continue after I get that last free oil change.

I cant rate this as this was not an experience of mine but was work that was done before I bought the car. I did however have a used car inspection done and they said the suspension was recently replaced and looked really good and that the car had a good bill of health. With that being said I can assume that the job they did was an amazing job.

Was told when I made appointment it would take all day to make sure no external oil leaks were present caused by the overfilling the oil by 3 to 4 quarts by their used car prep department. However they completed the work in under an hour without moving the car. Add to that they car was delivered with a nail in tire that was supposed to be fixed before delivery. So I wouldn't recommend them.

The Express Lane took over 4.5 hours, that's unacceptable! They service advisor recorded the incorrect vehicle mileage. This is the second time in a row, she did the same thing 5 months ago. The service tech left the backup camera cover laying on the back bumper. If I wouldn't have done a "walk around" I wouldn't have noticed it and lost the cover. Then the tech they sent to install it didn't know how. I had to do it for him!

I've been here many times for Recalls and Maintence on vehicles just drive your car up and in the shop and anyone of the service techs are always ready to help. Stephanie has always done me right. Snacks for waiting showroom to walk around in. Class AA+

Staff was real friendly, techs in shop move S L O W, but seem to do good work.
Oil change went quick, transmission was supposed to be flushed, shop did not have proper tools, so drained & changed filter instead. Cooling system flush was slow, techs left my truck to work another. Came in at 10:15am didnt get out til 5:15pm.
Shop totally disregarded my Chrysler Business Link priority processing.

Glad to get the PCM reprogrammed. One of my key fobs was acting up and I knew that. I was quoted a new one and declined. I was charged $45 for looking at my my key fob when I knew it was acting up. We thought it might get fixed with the PCM reprogramming. Not happy with the charge.
