Our Daughter discovered her car had a sheared off lug stem, on a tire that only has four to begin with. Lloyds got us right in and fixed the car in record time. They continue to be extremely nice, professional and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Lloyds fixed a light on our dash of our 2009 Honda fit that the dealership said they couldn't. Lloyds said it was no big deal. We love the people that work there.

Lloyd's SouthHill is the place to go! I visited the place for my annual car check and engine oil change. Lloyd's was very flexible and accommodated my requests. I was able to get an appointment right away for what I thought was a brake problem. I dropped my car off. Troy (a very nice young man) brought me home after I dropped the car off and picked me up when it was finished. Turns out it wasn't the brakes at all. A piece of metal was making the noise and the problem was fixed. I can really trust Lloyds Automotive and wouldn't go anywhere else for work on my car. They drove the car to listen to the sound, did a free brake inspection, and fixed the problem. If it had been the brakes if would have been $500 to $1,000 dollars. I was charged $60.00
