It took too long for just an oil changeover a 4-hour wait. Then, I was unexpectedly quoted for a $3000 service job and assumed I approved it they were ready to bill me. I'm not sure what's happening to this service shop, but man, it feels different now.

Liked the full inspection. Had a coupon for a price ended up paying about $15 dollars more because of Labor Recycling fee And tax. To be fair I really didn't read the fine print on the mailer. Oh and apparently when using the mailer you can only select one service for the cupón price. So wanted an oil change and tire rotation ( would have been $10.) but wanted to charge full price.

Customer service from service advisor was careless and he was not knowledgeable about the services or reasons and next steps to take care of my Maserati and dismissed my concerns before following up with me and the Technician went to lunch before explaining anything

They were responsive and answered all my questions. The vehicle was washed, detailed and ready to go when I arrived for a test drive. They were straightforward in negotiations but insisted on add-on's I neither asked for nor was interested in. They also followed up after my visit. Overall experience was better than average but not quite what I expected from a Lincoln dealership,

The cost of service was appalling. 2795.00 for routine maintenance, spark plug replacement and valve replacement with systems check. $700 for parts and the rest labor/taxes?!?!?!? Then after all that they forgot to replace my windshield wipers-the only thing I asked them to replace?!?!?!?

Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get checked in. But that was because of of a Hispanic lady that had a lot of problems and only one person in the fast lane to take care of them. Once I got checked in I was able to get a ride back home within 5 minutes. I was able to get a ride back to pick up my car. It was just a get a oil change and all was done in 31/2 hours.

I pray they actually did my oil change. The sticker in the window was not replaced, and the button was not reset in cab. And they did fill up my fluids, like my window wiping fluid. They took me in on short notice. We stayed in the lobby for 3+ hours. The little things would help trust that the big things are complete.

It took a while to schedule this service.. Lincoln contacted me about the recall and tried to schedule the service for me with Lincoln in Livermore, but somehow no luck.. A couple of weeks later Lincoln contacted me again and we tried to schedule the service again. This time it worked. It was a software update - the guys from Livermore Lincoln came to my house (almost on time) and did everything that needed to be done.

The service was fast, but the price for a service check, oil change, power steering fluid service and tire rotation was $1003.00! I only returned to Livermore Ford, because they had replaced my motor 26k miles ago on 100k Miles chassis and if there was something wrong with the new motor, they should fix it! Never again will I be returning, not for a $1k dollar oil change!

Service was terrible. Had the Black Label service but of course it was unavailable. Then brought my suv in and this is the second time some was left in my vehicle. There was blood on my visor and the ceiling of my vehicle. The last time it was coffee left on the back seat as well as the ceiling.

The service performed by Livermore Ford was for a Safety recall on brake lines. They reached out to me to let me know this recall was outstanding and why it was needed. Livermore Ford provided me with transportation home after leaving my car with them and timely transportation back later in the afternoon to pick it up. The service was completed in the time frame they said in the morning. I have no issues at all with this service.

I left my car at 830am for oil change and the car wasn't ready until 4pm. They told me that it will be ready by 2pm and when I called they didn't even work on my car. They didn't wash it and put the oil stickers.
