Very good experience. A little different from home dealer and others I have visited. Instead of coming to the car service reps are inside; this was not clear when I arrived. One other nit costing the 5th star was not being on the Toyota network. A new account had to be created for me with all info hand entered. Otherwise the experience and service was excellent, as it has been both at my home dealer and the other Toyota Express Service dealers I have visited. Great job Lithia!
