System of their attendants meeting you immediately and getting you checked in with your requests and their recommendations is quick and easy. Comfortable waiting room or shuttle rides to and from dealership are available. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service on my Sienna.

Always I have given a five star rating over the last ten years. This last time though the front end was very helpful as always, at pick up time I felt a bit abandonednot knowing where my car was nor the keys nor could I see it from the window inside. Its all OK and I am sure well be back at five star next time and I just wanted to report how much i appreciate the usual care at the end of service.

I couldnt have been happier with the service and with work performed. My friend took my vehicle in and was received well. All work was completed in a very timely manner, before expected target. I was at an appointment and texted to see if i had questions. Service could not have been more impeccable.

They were able to get all the car maintenance done and deal with the airbag recall in one trip. That helped my husband and me greatly because the trip into town is not convenient or easy to coordinate. They also are very serious with social distancing that is still something that MUST be in full effect for several more weeks at least.

Drove to Lithia to replace tail light. Car died in the parking lot. We left the car, got a ride in both directions to our home. Car repaired at no charge. We had a dead battery. We were advised to either drive more in the winter or put the battery on a charger.

Lithia Toyota did a good job with knowing that we were getting our 200,000 miles service done correctly on our 2000 4runner. Was unhappy with the fact that they didn't do military discount or that they didn't even bother to wash our car after an over 1,500 dollar bill.. I've been to a few Toyota dealerships and this was my least favorite.

I was a little surprised at how much the services I received cost. I think it was convenient but overpriced. It really bothered me when my car began to smoke because something was spilt during the service. When I returned to Lithia to investigate the issue the apologies seemed to be weak.

Bad survive no explanation for motor motor did not have nock when I bought it now it does runs really ruff loud and feels like it's jumping in front end and also has codes stored in brain saying random miss fire, too lean , to rich bank 2, to much air mass air. You guys say nothing wrong I don't think I will ever buy another toyota Inot medford

Lithia Toyota technicians discovered that my master cylinder had leaked into the power brake assist unit which caused both to have to be replaced. Parts had to be ordered but the car was ready to be picked up on time as per estimate. Efficient, courteous, sympathetic and on time. I couldn't ask for more. I always appreciate the professionalism shown by the service department at Lithia Toyota of Medford.

John McN., checked my van's service history and suggested replacing the spark plugs because they had reached the end of their service life. I also had the power steering fluid flushed and replaced due to its discoloration. All work was performed in the time promised and I was able to leave feeling confident that my vehicle had the best of care and would continue to give me reliable transportation in the future due to their diligence.
