They installed a windshield washer tank on 4/21/26 and I am bringing it back today 5/1/26 because it's still leaking washer fluid. They changed me 686.00 and now I have to take time off to go back and have it replaced or fixed again. They are professional but I need professionalism, expertise and honesty.

I liked the way everywone there service is friendly and attentative. I like there is acoffee bar with a person, but she wasn't very helpful in assisting me in chosing a coffee...it was basically, I can't tell you what to order you have to know. John Dake is the consumate professioanl - considerate, helpful, accomdating, and direct.

I drove 165 miles for a oil change, on a 1 1/2 month old

They didn't want to honor the lifetime tire rotation on my vehicle once I insisted the manager waived the rotation fee. When the service was complete the tires were not equally filled with air which makes me suspicious they didn't rotate the tires. They tried to be sneaky about it but I caught them because the air in the tires was low which is how I know they didn't check them. Very frustrating. Of course they denied it.

Service was great, I didn't have an appointment but they helped me right away! My only complaint was the cost for 2 headlight replacements was over $300 which seems to be overly expensive. The service however was as always very good, quick and friendly.

It shouldn't have taken 3 trips to get a collar ordered and installed for the wiper reservoir in my 2013 Forester and if it wasn't for Frank it probably would have been more - he knew what was needed. He installed it and even found the correct clips needed to keep it in place. I think some training in the service department might be in order.

Squeezed me to investigate a check tire indicator light on the dash. Could not find any leaks and fill tires to the proper specification. Apparently the check tire indicator light occasionally comes on in very cold temperatures when the tires are fine. Good to know.
Sent me on my way with no charge.

John Dake was awesome. Had a small issue with a leaking transmission and John told me that the part was covered under warranty. But while they were fixing that issue they found a small oil leak so the fixed that to. It was only in the shop for two and a half days. They service technicians are wonderful.

Did a good job replacing the driver side headlight but the washer cap doesn't stay in place. Doesn't seem to be the correct size and this was not explained to me when I picked the vehicle up. Now I have something that a open all the time. It might seem to be a small thing to Lithia Reno Subaru but not to me.

Jennifer and John were wonderful and so professional!! They didn't try to oversell my car maintenance and was very honest about what actually needed to be done, as I'm on a budget. John even stayed late to get my car back to me because there was an accident blocking the freeway and I was running 10 minutes late. He was so kind and understanding.
