For me, it's always fun to go into the dealership. My life is very busy, so it's nice to sit down and watch TV while someone is working on my car. My wait time was minimal, everyone was friendly, and one of the guys even came around with a bag of delicious chocolates (that a customer had brought in for them), offering them to everyone. I had a LOF, windshield wiper blades replaced, and replaced the battery in my key FOB. I thought the wiper blades replacement was a bit pricey, but that seems to be a universal consequence of getting older and needing someone to do certain things for you. All in all, I give them a five star!

My service advisor was not helpful, cranky, and I felt my business wasn't wanted. He complained about the online scheduling system and rolled his eyes several times in our conversation. When I questioned the diagnosis later that morning he sighed and said "well, that's what you brought it in for, soooo" against my better judgement I told them to go ahead and turns out I was right, it didn't address the problem. It took a day and a half to get a brake job and an oil change. Time to find a new shop.

The service person was semi friendly and normally they come & tell me which filters need changing & ask if I want them to change them. This time at the end they told me the inside air filter needed changing but that was after they were done so I could not have them change it while I was there. I forgot to give them my coupon when I first came in & they did not want to take it when I was checking out because that was too difficult. It would have saved me about $40. :( This was the 1st time in a long time that I got in & out in under 30 minutes.

Very quick oil change service, but came back to a brake system failure x2 on my screen. Shouldnt that be something theyd notice considering theyre supposed to check all that stuff when doing the maintenance? So had to schedule another appointment just to have that looked at. I got the car there and Im almost 20k miles and yet they still havent done the tire rotation, or even offered to do the cabin air filter, or air filter. They said next time which they also said last time. I appreciate the speed, but I dont like making multiple trips. Accuracy and thoroughness is also important.
