We had to wait over 2 hours past our appointment time. We weren't notified by text or by the staff until I went up to ask. This is the 1st time this has ever happened to us while getting service at Reno Lithia Jeep dealership. I understand things happen but they should have told us as soon as they realized they were running that far behind. We stayed at the dealership the entire time.

I didn't like getting into my truck after a simple tire rotation to find papers from my glove box on the passenger floor and all of my papers and belongings in my center console disheveled and thrown around. Very unprofessional and a lack of respect for my belongings. Almost every time I go there there is a problem with something like this. Service guys are ok but the techs a trash

The warranty service was partially completed on the HVAC system involving the Actuator. They denied warranty service on the HVAC leakage on the air conditioner stating that the reduction in the refrigerant which is in a closed, sealed compartment mysteriously dissipated costing me $300. for service which according to my lifetime warranty was supposed to be covered.

LOF was fine. Cabin and air filter replaced. Car was returned to us with no oily hand prints under the hood, or on the exterior, or interior. Tires rotated, no scratches on the rims. Car was done in an hour, as promised. Lithia of Reno does a great job! Totally recommend them!

Easy and quick service for an oil change and tire rotation. Only part I didn't like was the up selling of services that I don't need when the vehicle is still brand new. But I get it and they were respectful and not pushy. Environment is always clean and makes me want to get another new vehicle.

It was a good experience for the most part I went in there for an oil change, and I was in and out within an hour, which was exceptional, but I wanted my software looked at in my 2018 Dodge ram because it was glitching. I was watching the technician through the window and he did not even check it out.

Walking out of the store not really knowing what's wrong with the my truck is frustrating. The engine light came on the first time at 49000 give or take. Told me to drive the truck same thing happened 2000 miles later still not sure what's wrong. Ben has been okay but I believe he is frustrated as well but that doesn't fix my truck.
