The company did not put oil back in the truck after the oil change. It seized up within 2 blocks and had to be towed back to the company. The company refused to replace the engine, so we were forced to trade the truck.

I had a recall on my pickup, I went in and talked with Garhett. He was very kind and saw if the parts were available and got me right in. In about 20 minutes I had the keys back in my hand. I had a ton of questions regarding my pickup as well and Garhett was extremely knowledgeable and gave me every worthwhile bit of information about it. Thank you Garhett, the technician and parts department for getting me in and out so quickly! Ill be back, but hopefully not to soon.

On June 25, 2024, I had a pre trip inspection done by my local mechanic who discovered that the timing belt was hanging on by threads. I had only owned the truck about 4 weeks. I showed Lithia service department the belt my mechanic removed and asked them how they may missed it in their inspection. I simply wanted to bring it to their attention to possibly educate the mechanic responsible. The service desk was dismissive, defensive and unapologetic and in the end, downright rude.
I will not bring my truck to them for any service in the future.
