They misrepresented the vehicle in photos, painted over rust and when I showed up there was bright orange rust in areas that weren't in the photos sent to me. I flew all the way from Florida to purchase the vehicle, paid a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle that I was told was refundable and have been trying to get that deposit back for over two weeks, can't get a response from anyone at the dealership regarding this deposit.

Made an appointment when they had an opening. My car sat there for 6 days, keep saying they were working on it but they were not. They finally got a tech to hook up a diagnostic scan and update software. Probably took 1 hour. No loaner car. Every time you call they transfer you to service manager and they wouldn't answer.

They were quick in getting our oil changed. Just wished the mechanic would clean his hands before getting into my new truck. Had oil on the steering wheel cover and on the hand grip to help pull yourself into the cab. Maybe have someone with clean clothes drive the vehicle and leave one person to change the oil and stay dirty.

David in service was great. Also steve Calloway was a big help as well. I tried dealing with with Aransas pass Allen Samuel's and the service guy Chuck is very hard to deal with so even having to drive 20 miles to Lithia I darn sure do it again.

I had a recall on my vehicle I called and made an appointment then I showed up and drop the vehicle off, they did the recall and I pick up no hassle very friendly. They also gave me a list of recommended services that was needed but they did not hard sale. The services were needed but since I do my own maintained I did not have them do the work. Very professional nice to do business with.

When I took my vehicle in due to a "perform service" message, the service advisor stated that the message "could be" this and that and would cost roughly $1700. When someone tells me "it could be" this, without putting a scanner on it, I'm not convinced enough to spend that kind of money.

False advertising. They have changed the listing price a few times. When I contacted them it was under $3000, now it says $3,335. After the woman contacted me the price was over $18,000!! Big difference than the advertised price. If they lie to lure customer's in, I wouldn't trust them.

Was the 4th car in line got there right before 7am, just for an oil change. It took very close to 3 hours. Had to go ask what was taking so long and then the service advisor went and inquired and then found my car and pulled it into the garage for an oil change. Pretty sure they forgot about it. Poor service in my opinion!
