Experience was good! I had popcorn, water while I waited to have the oil changed in my truck.
On my way home I noticed the CHECK ENGINE light that came on. I called them back right away and drove back to see them and they were more than happy to check what had happened which later explain the engine took a little bit to recycle the oil through the engine. But this is good information for the next visit or future vehicles.

Did not have the parts ready even though they knew well in advance what needed repair - required an extra trip. The were couteous and resolved all issues. The engine codes / Software ipdate thing is pire a SCAM by dealers and car companirs to extort money in my opinion- these things should be covered for all cars as a condition of purchase!

Good on getting in for Oil Change quickly, however poor in terms of resetting the Maintenace screen on the Infotainment system. Initially tried to tell me they couldn't do it, then I said it was done last time, look up the tech who did it and ask him. Fortunately, that guy was working that day and got it situated.

Timely communication appreciated, but I was left disappointed to get no real answers for the problems I experienced. The total price for "diagnostic" which only included adding air(to suspension system) & a little fuel for test drive, would've felt more justified, if I at least had an answer/fix.

Flores personally called and allowed me to bring in the RAM early. It was diagnosed as simple problem and I had my RAM 2 weeks earlier than expected. They deserve a 5.0/5.0.

My experience with Lithia has been great. They always give me reminders when I need to do an oil change or tire rotation. When I let them know I had a concern with my car they were super nice and checked to see what was going on they found the problem but they also made sure everything else was good with my car.
