We are always treated professionally and nicely, from handing the car off to visiting with the service techs. We bought this car from Lindsay almost 10 years ago (our second one from Lindsay) and, while service has become more modernized and automated, the staff has not changed. They are the real reason we stay with Lindsay. And, of course, the mechanics are fabulous!

From making an appointment, to a short wait for great service (Including several helpful maintenance items), all aspects of the scheduled service visit went extremely well including looking at the new 2026 models. They have lied about my maintenance schedule did not change the oil. Hold did my car for seven hours reset the oil change without changing it never admitting they have done the same before and just to try to sell me other services which I did not need.

Fred, My customer service representative, was professional from beginning to end. He ensured that my vehicle was towed and delivered for service. He ensured that I had a loaner vehicle and called me periodically to keep me updated on diagnosis and repair.

I don't like that I can't trust the judgement of Service Managers. I take the car in and they want to pile on services that I don't feel are needed at the time. I must be able to trust people working on my car not just a scheme to get more money for the dealer!

I was advised about issues and concerns regarding my car care and the manager spoke with me directly on the phone and explained the suggested maintenance issues regarding my vehicle and we came up with the best plan for resolving items that needed immediate repairs and for further maintenance. I brought to the attention of the service department that my exhaust system made an unusual noise when the car leaves a stop position to drive. The noise goes away after the engine warms up. Otherwise, the service was fine. However, after writing a check for over $1,500, my car was returned unwashed.

Place is clean. Consultant was professional with delivery. It took a long time to complete my service like 3 hours and a half. I received my car back and the glove compartment door was removed and not reinstalled. I notified the car attendant and my consultant so they had to drive it back to the shop.

Everything was good. In waiting room tv should have close caption.. It is not possible to hear. What happened to donuts in the morning? Coffee machine is great How about numbers to clients waiting rather than staff trying to pronounce names. ?
Tony was extremely helpful and got me through the process since it has been a while since maintenance. All the staff were great.

Long outstanding safety recall issue has been successfully resolved, additional inspection performed and a future maintenance expected within a year interval were evaluated and suggested along with the respective estimates.
The service took somewhat longer than originally planned but the advisors team provided me with a ride, so I did not have to be stuck a full day in the waiting room.
