I liked the fact that they changed the oil and also checked the brakes, tires and floor pads. That made me happy when I left the shop. Oliver was very professional, kind and caring. He made sure that I was pleased with the work that was done.

Service advisor John K. provided excellent service for me. Had a battery that was determine to be a bad one and received a new one with out any charges to me. Ford battery was still under warrantee.

John, the technician, has excellent customer service skills. He gave me a time that was at the same time as the technical representative. The camera was ordered and when I brought it in with service immediately. Everything is working beautifully. The possibilities for financing or explaining the warranty and information on the camera itself was excellent. John was both professional and efficient.

It was good; would have rated it higher except for the confusion at the beginning regarding their valet service. A great service. They pick up your car at work or home ,take it in, do the work and return it. On this occasion they did not come at designated time, 9AM after numerous messages re: the pickup. Car eventually picked up at noon. In the end it worked out fine.

Luis was honest and communicated effectively and timely. He was accessible- ONCE I was connected with him. My spouse had to go back to the store after I dropped my car off days in advance. I was told that I would receive an updated and it never happened. It was also frustrating the amount of time that it took to hear from a service member upon scheduling service, dropping my car off (prior to my spouse connecting with Luis).

The service on the car was great. But getting the appointment wasn't. When I called (I'm a female, I was told I needed an appointment and it would be about a week) when my husband called they told him to bring it right in. So, I'm not sure why I was told one thing and he was told another.

My service advisor went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from explaining all the needed work, keeping me informed of it's progress, arranging rides for me after the drop off, and arranging for a driver to bring the car back to my house, when it was done. He also patiently answered some questions I had after the service was complete.

Left the car for three days and they were not able to identify the problem or fix anything. Problem occured on the drive home and also the next day. Will not commit to any time frame for resolving the issue. Just want us to leave the car and wait for them to call. On the bright side they didn't charge for doing nothing.
