I've been using them for years, and they're Excellent mechanics! They're very thorough and honest and evaluate the entire vehicle, letting me know everything that it might need, but grading it on a priority scale from recommend to urgent. We have all older vehicles and they literally would not still be on the road if it wasn't for the crew at Limitless!

Had a great experience with limitless auto. Very professional mechanics and office personnel. The place is very clean too. I did not like very much though that they tried to sell me additional services that I did not need. That kind of approach I would expect at a dealership. But not at a small town garage. Nonetheless, I would return to them in the future to repair my vehicle.

Limitless Auto did a good job on the inspection and oil change, including pickiing up and delivering the car. There was only one problem that the glove box lid did not close. They did resolve the problem and things are o k right now.

The customer service experience has been very professional. The vehicle was brought in for a noise issue in the front end. It was diagnosed as defective front struts. Unfortunately after replacing the struts 3 times the issue is not resolved.

I was worn ahead of time that they were jacking their prices up doing repairs that weren't necessary, but I made an appointment there anyway giving them a chance. Never again. I'm done with them. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a car repair shop in the 52 years that I've owned in a car.

These people treat you really good. They worked with me on getting some very expensive parts, knock them down as low as they could save me over $1000 over a previous estimate that I had. They let me have a loaner car. They do good work, they recently priced, and theyre very pleasant.
