I liked the outside waiting area, we brought our dog Jojo so it was nice to have a place for us all to wait. An employee asked if she could get some water for Jojo and another employee gave her a treat. You have some thoughtful employees. it took a little longer for our appointment than I thought it would, but you were very busy. I think next time I will have a morning appointment.

Told on phone by KIA of Murphy that item would be covered under warranty, after visit, was told the item was not covered and would cost me $$$$. I even troubleshot to the failed item, but would still be charged for them to do the same troubleshooting. Bad customer relations.......

Greeted by name on arrival even though this was just a state inspection, inspection rapidly undertaken. My only annoyance was the voluntary survey for which I received a reminder 30 minutes after leaving the shop, another 2 hours later and two more over the next few days after having completed the survey. Lifetime Kia are a great dealership but, they do get carried away sometimes.

The mechanics at Lifetime Kia are topnotch. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our KIA and knew how to fix it. The service was excellent. Everyone was very professional. We had an appointment for a certain time, and our KIA was seen on time. There is also a nice waiting room for you to wait while your vehicle is being repaired.
