I could not believe it now takes two hours to get an oil change and have my tires rotated, when back in 2014, 15...when I first started bringing my car there for service I was out in an hour. And with my car washed!
The service at Liberty has gone down hill in my opinion. Because of my job I have the opportunity to visit other dealerships and quite frankly, they all get it. Somehow, Liberty looks as if they do not care any longer. I will be going to other place to get my car serviced.
