Towed my car there due to it not starting. Had to call several times to get an update on when it would get looked at. Asked for the battery to be checked. They conducted a full inspection instead just to find out it was the battery... $400 later. I could have went somewhere else and saved $.

I like the fact that I can deal directly with Service Advisor Joe Piwinski. I was glad to see that he moved from the Parma Hts. Liberty Ford Service Center, (now closed) to the Brunswick location. Brunswick isn't as convenient but it's worth the drive to deal with Joe. He's honest, and good for his word! Joe IS the best part of my Liberty Ford Brunswick service experience!

Pickup and delivery service for oil change and rear camera recall.. Upon completion, rep on phone stated car was 'good to go'. No paper copy of vehicle inspection, only payment receipt upon delivery. I had to search for it online. It stated I needed brakes. So it's not 'good to go'. No mention of findings for the rear camera recall, so no way of actually knowing if it was really addressed. Never again.

The "Driver pickup and return" plan has been quite beneficial since Liberty Ford 'closed' its Parma Heights location. What HAS NOT been so accommodating is the service center distance I now must travel, especially in winter, for 'upkeep' on a Ford vehicle under extended warranty until April 2027.

Brad was very courteous and took the time to get my oil change done fast since I was waiting for car. He took care of the service charge because I was stressed about another department pressuring me to trade in my car for a newer one. The weather was bad and I wanted to get home. I was quite stressed and Brad calmed me down. I am appreciative to him.

Car was dropped for an entire day and low and behold whoever the tech was ignored previous notes and did a sub par fix. Will now need to waste another day on this. First and last Firs

Took 3 phone calls over 5+ hours to have them tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with suspension. I had a scheduled a lot and had to call three times after 1 pm to finally hear back from them after 3:00pm. They always overbook and the communication is awful.

Scheduled was met on time. Service advisor, Brad Bly, was very courteous and suggested adding a few items suggested for the mileage on the SUV. I complied with the suggestions. The wait was what I figured as to the added maintenance and inspections. All went according to plan.

The Only thing I didn't like was lack of communication about when it's going to be done and what is the progress took over 4 weeks to have transmission rebuild and understand they had to go back and forth with the warranty policy but it was what ford sold to me at the time of my vechile purchase. But have had truck back for over 2 weeks and am pleased hoe it is running. As a business owner my self just Concerns that should be addressed.

Since the service department at the Parma Heights location closed I decided to bring my vehicle to the Brunswick location and was pleasantly surprised to see Joe Powinski working there. Joe always took very good care of me in the past and now that he's at the Brunswick location I will be bringing my Explorer and Edge there for service going forward. Joe is very honest and I trust him!
