I appreciated being able to make an appointment quickly for a recall fix. Even better, the procedure went as scheduled, and I had my car back when told it would be ready. It was nice to walk into the office and have the service advisor recognize me and hand me a receipt while thanking me for letting Lia Honda service my 2018 vehicle.

Interior smelt of gasoline for days. Also estimated range prior to repair read 430-440 miles on a full tank. After repair the estimated range on dashboard is now 370 miles. No explanation of why.

They did not replaced the fuel pressure pump. The appointment was for checking the fuel pressure pump to make sure there is no oil linking and no cracks. The result was they did not find fuel pressure pump linking and no cracks! So therefore is no fuel pressure pump replacement!

Great group of service advisors. The problem is their new computer system. Takes too much time to process after the car is done AND it does not Print out the Honda Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection checklist. This system must have been the low bidder and it shows. Could be looking for some other service options if the next service still has the new system without updates.

Thankful that they were able to clear out my blower and get my vents working again but not happy we drove over an hour to get a recall done that they didn't have parts for. Would have been nice to have been informed of that before we drove all the way out!

This dealership is customer friendly, explaining what needs to be done on the car, talking to you during the servicing if things change, explaining what they've done when completed. I get they are a little more expensive than the local shop down the street but a car is an expensive asset and needs to be maintained properly. Also I think loyalty to the dealership you purchased the car from goes a long way.

All was fine and the young man who handled my appointment was great. I am furious that I brought a five year old car in that you do all the service for and 5 days later my battery stopped functioning at 9%! It was never checked. Even I know thats a common life time

The only issue I had was that I was not told that I might want to look for new tires, they are in the "yellow" zone. I don't always read the whole report. It is not a big thing, but would be good for me to be reminded as I am in the senior zone. Just a suggestion.

Made an appointment and It took over 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation, while I waited. Employees were very pleasant but I expected it to take much less time for a routine service visit. I don't think that I will be back any time soon. This was my 2nd visit to Lia, and not impressed.

The young man at the service counter was extremely polite and personable. I was a little disappointed my car came out with dirty fingerprints on the exterior after roof racks and side molding were installed. A car wash is such a little happy pleaser!!
