Alex Grant is always on top of things when I go there for service. Promptly signs my car in, informs me of the status and when it is estimated to be done and even sent a video showing the tech checking my car out and commenting on specific items. When the car was ready he goes over the bill and sends me on my way quickly. Alex is a great representative of the dealership!

Car was towed in from Philadelphia Sunday after getting 2 ripped up tires after hitting something in the roadway. Good communication, was kept informed of progress of repair, 2 new tires and alignment done although I did not have an appointment and the car was ready for pickup by late afternoon.
