The repair of the vehicle was done properly. The experience when I picked up the vehicle was a disappointment. The battery was completely dead and the gas tank was completely empty (it had adequate fuel when I dropped it off). Several days later I had to have the local garage come over to jump the battery again and have the battery replaced.

Stay as far away from this shop as you can. Incompetent and completely disorganized. I'm getting rid of my new Lexus specifically because of the ridiculous amount of time and effort I wasted on trying to get a repair that should have been simple and routine. I can only imagine how bad it will be if I need anything remotely complicated done.

They did a good job and worked quickly. The person helping us was very friendly. The only issue is we were told this could be a full-day (or more) job, so we dropped the car off. We drove over a half hour home in nasty weather and then soon after we got home got a call that the work was done. Took 1.5 hours. We would much rather have waited at Lexus and cut our trips in half.

I liked that the service person who went through the process of getting my car serviced was honest. The previous person I dealt with mistakenly charged me for service even though I actually had 3 free service visits coming to me because it was a certified preowned Lexus.
I will continue to go there for service but with caution.

My appt was for a new key faub and a headlight adjustment. It was my second time scheduling the headlight. I They told me that service could only be done by a top mechanic so they rescheduled it for me and arranged for a car pick up and free loaner for the hassle. It all went great. He was able to make the right adjustments so I have full coverage driving at night now. They took care of my issue and the hassle of needing another appt.

After about 4 used up free oil changes I just fouond out I didn't need them until 10,000 miles. Hvae to say Lexus of Wayzata, I would have expected more. As well, upon arrival, stood there waiting for customer service. All other dealerships, respond to you immediately... They could use some work on service and communication overall.

What I don't like is when you do a service request, You cannot request a loaner any longer. Not saying I need one all the time, but it is nice to have that option to request one. Just seems the dealership is not offering that option no longer.
