Didn't call when part came in as promised. Only did one of the recall repairs with no explanation. Advised me to have over $10,000 of additional repairs on 23 year old car worth worth about $3,000, mainly saying transmission and other things were leaking even though they are not. Took 3 days to do work because the didn't expedite the part being shipped.

Lexus is the best! I would have given five stars, but they lack a barista like I have become accustomed to in San Antonio. I'm sure the mechanics are the same, though. Since we are 35 miles from our dealer in Texas, we chose to do the service here in Santa Fe during vacation.
