Professional and courteous service. There was only one servicer assisting all of the customers. We had to wait about 30 minutes before securing an Uber driver to transport us to a nearby location. Marurico was very helpful and was very helpful, offering his assistance if needed.

Received repeated emails that service was needed. Only 1800 miles on car. Went in for first service. It was supposed to be 5,000 mile before first oil change on my warranty package.
I feel I wasted that oil change too early at such low miles but I felt pushed by the emails and afraid I would lose my first free service if i didn't schedule it in 3 months from purchase. Afterwards I was upset realizing what I'd done.

The hiccup was with making the appointment over the phone where the estimate for the 15,000 mile service was quoted as half the amount the service turned out to be.
However, the dealer made good on it and charged me the quoted price.
