Lisa Johnson was once again, a top-tier consultant. She (and a few other great team members) is the reason I keep coming back to Lexus of Q. It's harder to get toa half hour instead of 20 minutes to Great Neck. But I just brush off the traffic and location because Lisa is outstanding.
A gentleman buffed out a scratch I had without being asked. I was bowled over!

I also liked the video of the inspection and how it explained anything my car may have needed. I briefly sat with Jennifer Velasquez the vehicle manager who was very patient and attentive. She answered all of my questions. Although I am not ready to trade in my car, I found her to be a great manager.

This dealership is a total scam. They have a 2023 Lexus listed like it's a leftover, but when you inquire about it they send back a cryptic email that never actually confirms whether the vehicle is available. When you ask for confirmation, they avoid answering and just try to get you to "come in." It's a classic bait-and-switch scam.

I like that service manager addressed a post service concern without additional charge. however, I left the car for service with a little less than half a tank of gas and received it back with under a quarter tank of gas and wonder where the car had been while being serviced.

2. I do not like the prices, charging almost $280 to change a Cabin Air Filter!
It took me about 10 minutes to change the cabin air filter!
3. I am considering other alternatives for simple service needs.

It was a nice experience there so many Lexus dealers in New Jersey but we wanted to service the vehicle there where we bought the vehicle and the service was excellent they explained everything in there office in a big screen how your warranty works and for how long you have for and was in and out in one hour in a half. We would definitely go there again for service .
