Great as always. Got spark plugs changed, good for another 60-80k until I need to do them again, & cabin air filter changed & coolant topped off. I go in the mornings & they have donuts, coffee, & other beverages for free! :) I love Lexus of Portland!

Very good experience. The customer lounge is comfortable and has everything you need while waiting. It took a week to get my car repaired but I was able to get a loaner vehicle which I enjoyed driving since it was a newer vehicle than my own.

Took a visit to address door rattling on RX350, but couldn't replicate the rattle with an engineer but had recording of it. I gave them the recording and took a loaner for a few days while they got the needed parts delivered. They took care of it as soon they can. Thanks to Garrett!
