Didn't like anything! From the 4 day wait for a gasket to terrible untimely information from the service advisor. This was not my "usual" service advisor who I requested when I made the appointment for service. Not to mention the tire service that the service advisor said I requested or the failure to do an oil service that I did request. NEVER WILL I ALLOW THAT SERVICE ADVISOR NEAR MY CAR AGAIN!

There's no personal touch. They come in, introduce themselves. No follow up on the vehicle, no video showing what's being done. No thanks for coming in. No advice on the car of the vehicle. I was a bit disappointed. When I changed my car I'll definitely go back to BMW. Made a switch because of the good things I heard about Lexus.

They never checked why my car run like it has bumps. After it was being serviced, it is more dominant now. And i told my service advisor to change my fuel pump, as per his recommendation coz it might be the cause of that "bumpy ride", but they never did. Its disappointing!
