First, the appointment was missing in the system, or they said we didn't see it, despite the confirmation number we showed them.
Then it took 1 hour until they took the car and another 2 hours to handle oil, filters, and brake change. In general, staying there for 3 hours was too long, as it hadn't happened before.

I had an appointment so when I arrived they checked me in. I went to the lobby and the associate came and got me, explained everything to me, price and product, etc, got me a loaner car and I was on my way. The associate had excellent customer service. I always service my Lexus here.

Car drop off took over an hour. To get my own car back took another hour and they could not figure out where the keys were. The loaner we were provided was dirty and not cleaned prior to being given. Very nice facility but the process needs major improvements.

Had to drive 2 hrs to get the service. Waited 6 hrs for alignment and balancing. Drove off auto with same issues. Called reported. Had to go back again the following week. Left my car overnight drove a loner half ways car run out off gas. Middle of I4. Calle Lexus to report it my assistant never answered the call. No one called me the next day to go get my car. Nor give me repot about it. I will never go tho Orlando lucid. Bad experience. First time taking my car. Never again

Scheduled appointment for air Bag recall a week in advance. After inspection, they only had one of two sensors in stock to complete recall. Told me i would have to come back when parts arrived. Explained to them I live over 60 miles away and was expecting to have the recall fixed that day. They solved the problem by valeting a loaner car to me all the way to Daytona. Fixed the recall in one day and valeted my car back to me. Excellent customer service!!
