I sat at the dealership quite a while waiting for my car to be serviced. When I went to inquire at the cashier I was told that the car had been completed over 2 hours ago. My service advisor never bothered to tell me. This is not the 1st time I've had a problem with his service over the last 3 years. I am unimportant to him I will be requesting a new advisor.

The service was fast and excellent. Bobby was very honest and transparent about what I needed. Furthermore, the service was quicker than usual which I really likely. I had to purchase a new tire lock key and needed guidance and all the employees in the service center and cashier area were extremely nice!

My service was terrible paid a lot of money and now my car is broken down sitting in my parking spot don't know what the problem is never had a problem with my car until the last service I have to return it back to find out what they did and what they didn't do but I'm not happy

Car sale was good. However, they said leave your rental and Enterprise will pick it up tomorrow no charge. Went 2 days after and they wouldn't give me back the rental, and Enterprise still didn't have it. Ended up paying 4 extra days. Did they use it for personal use who knows. Not buying from them again.
