That should have been checked before the car was turned back to me. I should not have had to drive several miles before they reset as they advised and never did reset. The return visit showed a faulty device which should have been taken care of

I have never been disappointed in Lexus of North Hills. Service department does not hesitate when I need a loaner car when they pick up mine. Being by myself, this is so convenient for me. I went in for 90,000 mile checkup and they were to check fluids there was no windshield wiper fluid in reservoir and they left remnants of sticker reminder for next oil change and I had to ask them to remove front window of car! I realize they were busy but what happened to quality control

Everything was taken care of. Steering still fills off at times. But Service worker sayid it's fine. They locked glove box after taking out insurance card and owners card for inspection. Now I can get key fob out of holder. I'll have to go into parts department to find out how to dislodge key fob. That's a nuisance.

Dalton is great. I came to have a damaged panel under the car fixed, but the wrong item was in the box, so it couldn't be fixed. The oil was changed early for the 10,000 miles and fluids topped off. This is an hour and a half drive each way, so I am disappointed that the panel could not be fixed.

Lexus of North Hills did a wonderful job with our maintenance visit. They took care of a recall for us and performed an oil change and annual inspection. Since it was going to be a long appointment, they also provided a loaner car. Everything went well and I highly recommend Lexus of North Hills.

Didn't like a 43.00 service fee just for bringing your vehicle in for service. Should be waived if service is performed. Had engine work done so all the covers had to be removed. Some of the push pins were missing and not replaced. Probably cost 10 cents each.just not above average service for a high end dealer.
