No greeting, Felt unwelcome, no paper mats were placed in the car there was dirt on my mat when I got in. No car wash and I had to find my own car by pressing the panic button. Perhaps because my Lexus is a 2007 and perhaps other factors I just did not feel good about my experience. I would have to say yes I recommend the shop because it is the only Lexus dealer in the area.

What I like: The service experience is good. The in-take people are welcoming. The loner car is always ready when I get there. What I don't like: It takes too long to get an appointment... 5 to 6 weeks! So... based on that, regrettably I'm going to have to say "No" to the next question.

However, when brought to their attention, they took a great amount of time and effort to fix the complicated issue while providing a loaner car in the interim. We are very grateful for the outcome and highly recommend Lexus if North Hills. We are always very happy with the care and service we receive.

No attention to detail; they unhooked my seat covers and did not put them back as they were; they changed my steering wheel, my lights, my mirrors; they left dirty/sticky finger prints on my steering wheel and my passenger visor; and used a glue to glue the sticker on the windshield that has a toxic, disgusting smell. Horrible experience.

We went in for a tire rotation and a 15,000 mile service which includes changing the windshield wipers. A few days later, we noticed that the rear wiper was not completely contacting the window. Now, we have to go back to get this corrected.
