This dealer always over-charges the services. This time, my daughter went there for oil change. After two-hour waiting, the tech told her that there was a nail in one tire which needed replacement. They charged almost $550 for one tire change. Never did car washing.

Associates were very nice and friendly. They let me know how long it would take to service my Lexus. Kept me informed about what service were being done to my SUV. The snack room was awesome. They not only do they take of the vehicles they also take care of their costumers.

Everyone jumped through hoops to get the sunroof for us! To check if they had the part and then replace it!! All on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm!!! We had driven from Houston and a truck threw a rock and crumbled our sunroof!! The whole staff was so kind!! Absolutely the best experience!!! I will continue getting Lexus vehicles!!! They are all about the customer!!! Wish I could give more stars!!!

Can't go wrong with Lexus of New Orleans. Their staff is the best I have ever encoutered. They are so welcoming, friendly and makes you feel like you matter. Service was fast and complete. Not to mention that awesome snack room. They make sure you don't hungry. And a "SPECIAL" thank you to Bo Williams. I love my 2025 Lexux NX350!
