The service rep was very unfriendly, once my car was finished he parked my car out in the front parking lot instead of pulling it up in the service center, I waited an extra 45 minutes, it wasn't until he saw that I saw my car parked out front did he play like he was looking for me. Now I need to take my car in to another dealership to check and make sure my car was serviced correctly

Lexus service is superior. Very clean drop off point and waiting area with comfortable seating options, water, and coffee. The service advisor is always friendly and the service is timely. I appreciate the status updates provided throughout my visit and to date, the service work has always been great.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and Chris noticed a gas smell. He gave me a price range to find the source and fix, which they did. Price came about in the middle and I was expecting it to be closer to the high end. They gave me a new loaner car, which was a pleasure to drive for the 5 days it took to get the parts and do the repairs.

No, complimentary "Hand" car wash. No, real complimentary snacks. Example, bagels donuts. The service department is great but not excellent. Management is not good. Remember, Lexus is a luxury brand the expectation should be above good or better.
