I showed up at my appointment time for an oil change, waited 30 minutes before I went to ask another worker to check my car in because my service rep apparently didn't care even though he was told twice I was waiting. We have owned six (6) Lexus vehicles over the past twenty-two years and have never experienced a breakdown other than one dead battery. This dealer removed and replaced it without charge last July.
We always use the same service advisor, Melvin Williams, who takes great care that we are always taken care of.

The servicing was fine. The communication between the service rep and I was not great. They cleaned the car inside and out; unfortunately, the rear floor mats were not reinstalled after the wash. I have been unable to resolve this situation. Not it looks like I will be out the cost of new mats.

My battery died in a Walmart parking lot near the dealership. I called and they sent a tech over to jump the car and then I drove the car to the dealership where they fixed the battery and checked all the electrical systems as part of the Certified warranty. Can't beat that.

I like that kind of transparency. You should take your car in and ask them to check something, they're going to come back and tell you yeah you need it and this is how much. What I didn't appreciate was I was told my back window cylinder which squeaked could not be fixed by lubricants. I needed to spend $1,300.00 for new cylinders. I told them no. When I got home I used a spray lubricant on them and they no longer squeak. I felt they were trying to have me spend money unnecessarily.

Outstanding service! I showed up without an appt due to batter issues. Lexus of Melbourne service tech "Melvin" was able to get me car serviced with a minimal wait time on my part, replaced my battery, and was also able to reduce the price of the the new battery after he discovers the old battery was not fully depreciated, so my replacement battery was replaced at a discounted price. Great service!!!

The people there are super nice and trying but there are some places in my dash that rattle and they cannot get rid of it. It is driving me nuts!!!
You cannot beat their hospitality and ability to give you a loaner that is a very nice car but I just want this rattle to go away!

This was by far my worst experience at a dealership ever. From scheduling the oil change (told I need to give them a weeks notice then being questioned why I was even getting it changed) to picking it up with a cracked windshield then told "just call my insurance" and to top it off, my CD was taken out of my car. Not a huge deal although theft is just ridiculous at any level but just add it to the list of reasons to never return.
