Great customer service but small details matter. They said it would take a few hours for service. It took Friday through Monday and they still didn't wash it. Overall, I'll chalk this up to an anomaly situation but being my first time using their service, I was expecting more.

Service excellent, except for Lexus car wash, as it lost half of our decals and emblems on the rear section of the trunk, some of which we even had placed on our previously owned Lexus models. One was a TX DPS metal emblem, that recognized our support for TX DPS over the years. Unsat performance.

Excellent customer service. They checked everything in my 2007 Lexus RX350 and make sure everything is working properly. They changed the oil and kept me informed about the status of my Lexus RX 350. They also sent me a video showing how everything looks under the hood. I love the video.

We bought an extended warranty that was honored to the fullest. My tires came back looking pristine and sporty as always. Called our agent Kristi Suarez to get a quote and she took it from there. She scheduled the time slot, advised the amount of time required, asked about any on line coupons, put us down for a car wash and asked if we wanted a loaner. This agent is great, friendly and professional.

Exceptional professionalism from the Service Department. Same day service, video from mechanic assigned to my vehicle- walking me through everything preformed with the 10K miles service. I was given a loaner vehicle- same year and model as mine, so I was very comfortable with it. This is one of the main reasons I bought another Lexus - the service I receive - after the sale.

My service person, Carl Renner is amazing! He always makes sure I get in and have a loaner car as well. the only flip side to this is my brakes still squeak a little, I had the rotors done and this has been my 3rd time to return to get rid of the squeaking sound. Not sure what to do next!

The dealership and service are accommodating, courteous and streamlined.
I like the car-care service when the car is in for service.
Recommendation - I just wish that when the vacuuming is done, that they would take out the mats and/or vacuum better on the edge or under the front driver's mats where most of the debris collects.

This is a Lexus Service Center.
They took me in, got the Emissions test.
AND washed my car while I was sitting in the lounge upstairs.
Wonderful people and service. I wil be purchasing a 2026 Plug in Hybrid Lexus SUV when the time comes.
