Updates on the vehicle repair was not provided in a timely manner. Also, I had to reach out to the service consultant and backups for the updates instead of the assigned consultant being proactive with updates. The dealership itself and its accommodations are fine. The technicians and porters performed the work and returned the vehicle in good order.

Staff is always helpful. My car needed major repair, I was advised on the work needed. I refused to have the work done at the moment. The staff was respectful of my decision, gave me the paperwork and reminded me that I can come back anytime if I change my mind.

Our last visit to the Lexus of Concord service department was great. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Tony our service advisor was knowledgeable and attended to every question and concern we had. I really appreciated how efficient they are when dropping or picking up your vehicle.

I emailed them questions about what forms of payment were acceptable for a down payment at the dealership & let them know that I was not available for a test drive that weekend (since they had asked me in an email if I was available). Then, I got a new email from a different person who didn't answer my questions. Then, the car was removed from inventory. Then, I received a couple more emails (that felt like spam). Not a good experience!

It's always a great experience with Lexus of Concord. My Service advisor Bill Hammond always keeps it straight with me and gives me the best options and advice. He's always friendly and knowledgeable and provides the best customer service. Most of all he's trustworthy, I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. With other car repair places I've felt taken advantage of because I am a woman with no mechanical knowledge.

I drive from the mountains to Lexus of Concord because I know I will not receive the high quality care and customer service elsewhere. I am never taken advantage of from a servicing standpoint and my service coordinator is simply the best (Nick!). Nick sets the standards that all service coordinators/advisors should be. I am thankful that my service advisor Mr. W Hammond for a wonderful job in servicing myNX 350h. But one item from my prepaid Premium Maintenance is not included( tire rotation) but I think next maintenance will be included, and they also fixes some minor dents as covered services.

I had very low tire pressure on my spare tire, which I mentioned when I took the my Lexus in for servicing. When I picked up my car after servicing noticed the light was still on. Called Lexus and they said it would go out soon. Well I went to Reno and back and the light is still on for the spare tire. My thought is they did not check the tire or put air in it, disappointed in their service this time!

My experience with Lexus has always been excellent. I'm always concerned when I think something is wrong with my car, but even with that, Lexus has always been a 10 when it comes to customer service. My concern with my most recent visit was that my appointment was at 7:15 AM and they did not even take my car to the back to be looked at until 8:45 AM. That was disappointing.

The service was fine.. They gave it a passing inspection after service was completed. However, I had radiator problems a month later and an estimate from Daly City Lexus repair that it would be around $8000 to repair everything. Not sure if it wasn't caught then but probably would've asked to trade in vehicle if I new the cooling system and timing belt needed repair soon.
