I called, confirmed that the vehicle was available. I made an appointment to come see and test drive the car. When I arrived, the car could not be located and I was told it was offsite for servicing. We walked all around the whole dealership, a real waste of my time. I frankly expected a better brand experience from Lexus.
What's really surprising is they have all of my information and never even reached out to call and followup.

They repaired an active recall for the back-up camera. They also replaced a shattered glass that was present when the vehicle was delivered to me from the Mercedes Benz dealership that I purchased it from. The service staff was very friendly; waiting area was very accommodating, spacious and clean and they provided drinks and snacks.

I experienced a great explanation of work done. It was also important that I was given a loaner car,since I only have one vehicle . Upon receiving my car from maintenance it was not washed, which I didn't like. Otherwise it was a good experience.
