The overall service was very good. But one of your sales representative lied about information on my car. He said there is not CarPlay on my vehicle. He LIED. CarPlay is standard on these models. He said CarPlay was not put on these vehicles until 2020. Not a very good sales rep!!!

It took 3 hours to get the oil change and tire rotation done. Also they charge $50 for the tire rotation which seems excessive.

Thank you for your review. According to our records you had a concern about the transmission slipping at highway speeds. I would suggest that a decent part of the 3 hours was spent on diagnosing the problem and not just the tire rotation and oil change. We do try to be competitive in our pricing and actually lowered our tire rotation from $69 to $49 last year after doing a market survey. We definitely want to be a value to our guests while maintaining top notch service from factory trained technicians. I would be happy to discuss your visit. Please call me directly. They have a shuttle driver but do not offer loaner or rentals. So if you do not live there you have to sit at the dealership to wait in your car to be serviced and in my case was an all day process.
