Spent $3000 on replacing spark plugs, tire rotation, differential fluid and transfer case fluid replacement and a alignment. I found this price very high for not much. The tire rotation and spark plugs were the only things which were part of the 120K maintenance package. Everything else was extra. I found this to be overly expensive. I will be taking my car to a different place from now on.

This dealership has a bad habit of not communicating with their customers. Be it from buying a brand new vehicle(sales) to completing just a routine maintenance (service department). What is suppose to take a day to service, ends up being 4-5 with no communication whatsoever. You can do better than that.

Charged for tire pressure sensor synchronization on winter tires-mounted on separate rims ~288$. This is usually done for free at Les Schwab but specific Codes for computer not released yet. I've actually done it with the technician at Les Schwab for other cars~it takes 10 minutes.

Gene was an excellent representative. He kept me informed and assured that the work was done timely. I like the videos from the shop very much; they help me understand the work. I also like knowing the name of the responsible person in the shop. I use the shuttle to Bellevue Square so that I can get errands done downtown while the work is being done.

the service was complete and thorough, and the problem - a crack in the windshield - was fixed. the only hiccup was it took several days before it was ready, but they gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on the car. overall both sales and service were very attentive, amiable and competent.

I think you should bring the free coffee station back. When we're on the fence of whether to get the work done at your Lexus service center or at another dealership, we say but Lexus has free coffee. That's a differentiator and worth the price to retain clients.

I don't like the service guy. He just added a bunch of none necessary stuffs made the cost high like crazy. I had to finally choose what I wanted for my service. I also mentioned about the pumper that came off from the last service that lexus replaced my pumper annd I had to use super glue to hold it up and I think it is still under guarantee but he didn't try to help schedule it for refix.

The six month service was complimentary, but I expected them to "upsell" me on a bunch of other stuff I didn't want or need, but they didn't. I waited for the car since it only too about 1.5 hours to complete the service. Nice place to hang out.
