I drove to Austin Texas to look at a car they had for sale , I talked to the salesman before I left San Antionio, and told him I was on my way, when I got there I another sales staff told me the car was sold. bad service overall.
but I did find a Lexus in San Antonio, North Park Lexus treated very well.

Service department is extremely busy. Getting checked in always takes a long time due to the service volume. I'm actually considering getting rid of Lexus as much as I love it due to the service volume here. We have had 3 different Lexus over the years and never had any issues till we had to start going into Austin for service after moving.

But not happy with the detailing department as they did not clean up the car or any car wash either. If your customer is getting a preowned or new car please make sure they are happy when they buy it. Nobody wants to take dirty car home.

Was told my service would be completely free of charge due to vehicle being less than two years old and it's part of the complimentary service when I made my appointment. When I got to the dealership, I was told it would be $311 for an oils and filter change and inspection. Very poor customer service. This is my 3rd Lexus from this dealership.

Outstanding service. They know the car history and are up-front on what is needed and not needed. Snack bar, one of the reasons I choose to wait for my car while the service is being done, still needs improving after Covid. It used to be much better (more selections and options) than it is now.

I love the car wash and loaner car options. The service has always been great and so is pick up time.
Check in time is TERRIBLE It usually takes an hour of leaving me sit unattended when I pull in then handed over to different agents each one meaning more sit and wait for them. I find this very inefficient and frustrating. I feel like either get more employees or don't schedule so many of us coming in at once.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change / tire rotate and wash which is a very long time to wait. When I did my own oil and tire changes it would take about an hour. With today's technology and the high $$$ you charge I should not have to wait 2 1/2 hours with an appointment that is pre-made.!!!.

I was told what the service would cost up front, and given an estimated wait time as I waited at the dealer. My car was done earlier than expected.
The only issue with this dealer is too many appointments checking in at the same time, so that sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes to check in. It was better this time.
