Could have done better explanation that minor maintenance would not be included: We had discussed on the phone of bundling minor maintenance plus repair. Ultimately I'm glad we did not, as I think it saved me money/a prepaid maintenance. But we should have discussed that plan in advance.

Customer Service was great all around from the service technician, to the tire expert, to the porter, down to the receptionist. The dealership was able to accommodate my emergency situation as if I had a scheduled appointment. If only I lived closer to this dealership I would have my vehicle serviced here all the time.

I get messages on my car and am told over and over that the service doesn't see them and there isn't anything wrong. Its frustrating because this is a luxury car and doesn't feel this way.
