You have sent me an evaluation form and I just picked up the car. I haven't had time to evaluate the service on the car. I paid $651 for an oil change!!!! and checking of certain functions. I didn't get a written evaluation. I'm not sure why labor was over $400 and parts over $200. and this is recommended every 2 years.

Exemplary! From our Service Advisor, Alex J.B. to the Service Technician who worked on our car. Showing my husband and I the video of what equipment under the hood is working properly to what needs immediate maintenance, was very thorough. Great service! Great hospitality- hot baked chocolate chip cookies, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chips, etc. Can't beat Lexus, Santa Monica.

Jessica has helped us numerous times before and has always been very professional and takes care in getting the job done on time and with a great attitude We did ask to have a quote to have a back fender repaired/replaced when I called her back. She said that she had given it over to The repair department for an estimate and that they would call us, but they have not as of yet.

i liked Sergio taking me in immediately, getting me the loaner, perfectly. When he let me know additional work needed, i.e. change the tires which were under warranty, and additional cost to install the tires, I truly don't recall him letting me know I'd also be paying sales tax as if I'd actually purchased the new tires. That was the only charge that distressed me. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

Easy, efficient, fast, and friendly service all around. I was given a loaner car without having to ask for one, my service was covered by my original salesperson without question, and Alex took great care of me when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up the next day.

One of the most comfortable and clean waiting areas with a spacious lobby area, several TV monitors, individual workstations, private rooms, several coffee options, and a wide assortment of snacks. Great communication from my service advisor while I waited two hours for my car to be serviced. Everything went as planned ... on schedule. Only wish they would re-introduce washing the car ... appreciated this extra touch in the past.

I love Lexus Santa Monica most of my visits. I deal with Alex. He is phenomenal. He takes a time to figure out what I need. He doesn't rush me. I love that. They always have a loaner available. It's clean and it's usually comparable to the vehicle that I brought in. I'm offered water and coffee and snack snacks while I wait.

The customer Service part of the Lexus Of Santa Monica experience was the usual 5-Stars! However, I asked that the screeching sound the car makes every time it is put in park, was not repaired. The drop-off person kinda laughed it off with a yeah, that's just the parking brake. I took that to mean, oh yeah, easy to fix but I guess they meant more like, oh yeah just something we live with. A screeching noise is NOT very Lexus.

The communication and overall interaction with the service advisor was off putting and abrasive. I'm not trying to get interrogated or scolded. Please re-train and coach your staff on customer service because the attitude is uncalled for. I've been coming to this location for 7 years and this was by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had.

I asked for an estimate on replacing the tow cap that was missing on one side. I was quoted for two covers. Clearly, the estimator never looked at the car and did not communicate with the service advisor. The quote for replacement including labor was well over $500. The video of the tire check seemed performative and I would have preferred proof thar the tires were rotated.

Not only was the re-call service free, as expected, but I had a free car loan for the day with a full tank with no obligation to top up the tank on return. The big surprise was that my car was returned with a free 21-points inspection report plus washed thoroughly inside and out.

Purchased vehicle less than a year ago and front parking sensor came out in car wash. Lexus of Santa Monica blamed the car wash. Video shows every other car unaffected except my Lexus purchased from you. Quoted $630. TO START AND NON Refundable EVEN IF A WARRANTY DEFECT. INSANE AND NO THANK YOU. $145 repair at a PROFESSIONAL AUTO BODY should have been free from Lexus.
