My Tires has been ROTATED four times in nearly 5yrs - 2036 | 5200 | 7476 | 9462. Maintenance Schedule is 7500 Miles. They say it is part of the Multi-Point Inspection; and that I stated it; in which I did not. This is added wear on my wheel studs, my lugnuts, my wheels. Never indicated separately what I'm being charged. I'm paying extra Labor somewhere along the way?

I enjoy coming to the service center for Tony who is always there with a smile and wonderful attitude along with the lady clerk at checkout and unfortunately I don't know her name. But I will learn it and there's another lady who is always kind and professional as well and unfortunately I don't know her name either but we always have the kindest conversation!
