I went here for an AC not cooling. After spending $3,000 on repairs, I left and my AC was still not cooling and there were minor damages from the removal and replacement of the center pieces of the car. After bringing the car back, they told me I had to spend another $2,000 for repairs. I'm annoyed and sad that I spent about $3,000 something for a broken AC and minor damages to my car.

Didn't like making an oil change appointment the day before, then arriving and being told that they overbooked and needed my car for all the morning. Shuttle was okay, but tell me about that while making the appoinment, not after I arrive.
Price was good (coupon). Inspection was thorough.

Diagnosed and fixed a problem with road noise on my 2011 RX 350 (it was a bad wheel bearing) that the Lexus dealership couldn't or wouldn't figure out. Also did a thorough inspection and walked me through their findings. Will definitely keep taking my car back there!

The team at LexTech in Johns Creek are true professionals. I particularly like the consultative approach they take--always informing customers of exactly what the vehicle's true situation is and allowing the customer to decide what corrective action to take. Have been seeing LexTechs Johns Creek for three years. I don't trust anyone else to work on my 11' IS F other than Matt and Ed at the Johns Creek LexTechs. They use Lexus/Toyota new parts and stand behind all of their work with a labor warranty better than the dealer.
