Making my appointment online was quick and easy. The agents who handled my check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. My car was there for wheel alignment, tire rotation and balancing and a safety check. All that was handled in about 2 hours, a lot quicker than expected. Was a few minutes early for my appointment; however, after initial in-process, my car was taken around back for safety inspection, and it was completed in quick time. My friend said it would take about an hour or more for job to be completed, but such was not the case. I was out of there in what seemed like less than 30 minutes. Very happy!

Everything was done on time and professionally. We had to have the rack & pinion replaced and rotated the tire, and wheel alignment done. Awesome experience! Got an online appointment for the next day, showed up a little early. Was told that car would be taken in on appointed time, which was fine. Went across the street to walk around in the mall window shop. Had lunch came back and car was finished on time as promised! And they were very busy throughout the morning. I had driven over a curb and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Since I needed a safety check, I thought it could be done. The service worker took it on a test drive to see if the steering wheel was alright. Most places would have done only a visual check. Thats why I like Lex Brodies.

I took the truck in to have all the brake lines, brake hoses, and master cylinder replaced, instead they only wanted to replace a portion of one line which ruptured and one damaged hose and leave all of the other corroded parts on the truck to eventually cause another breakdown.
Instead I performed all the work myself.

Excellent service as always.
Had a tire pressure indicator go off. Since the last two times that happened it turned out to be a flat tire, I wasn't taking chances and went to Lex.
No appointment and was told it could take at least 3 hours but I was fine with that. An hour later, it turns out to be just tire pressure and only needed some air.
No charge and quick service. Mahalo!

First time at Pearlridge branch. Safety check was finished within half-hour. I would have given a five star rating, but knocked down to four star. Only issue was the check-in clerk didn't write on the form or inform the technicians that I would be sitting in their waiting room area. Instead, the technician called my home number which of course, I wasn't at home since I was physically in their waiting room area.

Oil and filter change. The counter person suggested / reminded me that I could get a tire rotation at no charge. I appreciated the suggestion and took it. The only reason this does not rate a 5 star is that they had to hold the car over night to complete. They are very busy... good sign of a business and it's local following... yes I would recommend to a friend.

Had to have a tire repaired due to a slow leak. They took me right in although the shop looked really busy. In about an hour the job was finished, for free, and the car, with all 4 tires properly inflated, parked and waiting. Good job Lex Brodie's!
