when I got in my car, warning light for low tire pressure was on. Stopped by without an appointment. It was already after 4pm but service tech was very accommodating. My tire was repaired and I was home by 6pm.
Kaneohe Lex's always has excellent customer service and always does very satisfactory work/repairs. I hope they enjoyed the manapuas I dropped off on Tuesday.

Lex Brodie's took my car in right away I called them only 1 hour in advance on a busy Saturday. ( towed in). They had the tires in stock, and thought they'd finish before day's end. When it was not yet completed, they notified me quickly, and gave me a call the next am when the work was complete. Cost was reasonable.

Customer service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was you were out of stock on my battery and had to hunt for a battery. If I had known you didn't have batteries, I would have bought one and brought it in for you to change out.

Our latest time was for a flat tire repair and after talking to the manager decided to change two tires because they were nearing their lifespan. They were very busy. The actual service was great, personnel are good & pleasant. I would like to suggest you don't schedule appointments as you are currently. I made my appointment on line, was early for my appointment, & waited 1 hour, 45 minutes before my vehicle was even pulled into a bay to be worked on. Why schedule people at a set time when you cannot accommodate then at that time? It makes for a neg. experience.
