It doesnt say on CarFax that they changed the spark plugs which I had asked for so I dont know if they did. My car is still using up a lot of gas. Tune up doesnt take long but they literally took 2+ hours just so they can charge $90/hour labor. Crooks give this nice dealership a bad name SMH

Scheduled over the phone. They picked up my truck and brought it to me. I didn't have to leave home.
They did ask if i wanted the tires rotated, i said yes, but it wasn't listed on the receipt so i don't believe it was done. It's okay.
They called to come early and to verify if it was okay to do work which i appreciated.

Our experience with our service advisor was good! I'd recommend working with Tramell to anyone. However I would not recommend this service department. They had my vehicle an entire week. Parts were dropped off on the 3rd day after it taking 2 days to inspect and run "diagnostics". Several issues were not addressed including a headlight facing downward that needs adjusted. This was not done. There's an audible clunking/pop anytime a bump is hit and/or when turning was told nothing is wrong. Therefor nothing was done about it and it's still making the clunking noise in the front end. Was told the serpentine belt needed replaced and that this was the source of the squealing upon engine start and belt whirring noise. Belt was supposedly replaced but the squeal is just as loud, if not worse. On the final invoice they stated "customer was told elsewhere that serpentine belt needed replaced." (This never occurred)
Again, service advisor was great but one week without a vehicle for overpriced work to replace batteries, brakes and a belt and additional concerns left unaddressed.
