Had recall work done in car. But there two items on the car that were not working after recall work that were working before dropped got worked done. Had to take back to get it resolved. It was two plugs that were not plugged in after work. You need to check everything works before your leave or sign paper after having work done on your vehicle. If these two things were working would have a higher rating.

Everything went well- I was a few minutes late but they were still very accommodating. I waited for my vehicle - took a little over an hour, which was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The cashier has been there my last couple of visits and provides excellent customer service. The only negative- if you can call it that- was that in the waiting area the music playing competed with the tv. It made it hard to hear anything. Aside from that, the space was clean, the seating was comfortable, the wait was short and everyone was great - very pleasant experience. Thank you!

The service was fast and priced fairly. Only issue was that they took the vehicle for a test drive and the person either smoked in the vehicle or their clothing smelled of cigarettes so much, they left a cloud in my vehicle. It dissipated quickly.
