Got there. I was told the salesperson was off. No. She was there. Told her I was there for the car I'd expressed interest in. She told me "it just sold". IF that was true, you couldn't have contacted me to tell me? You wasted my time. Then she started looking for cars online. I told her, I can, and have been, doing that at home. So I left. So unprofessional. She couldn't have cared any less.

Excellent service, the only issue i experienced was they never called to say my vehicle was ready. I called and no one answered so i showed up to the dealership (which was about to close). Luckily the lady who was present with purse in hand looked for my paper work and brought me my car.

It is hard to know what delays in my engine replacement solely gal on the Len Stoler team, and which are solely on Hyundai. I do know there has been high staff turnover-over, and each time my engine replacement process has been setback or has had to start over. This has been going on for me now since June of 2023.

I like that this time the Advisor truly understood my concerns of the past service that I received. The Service Technician made sure that what I asked for was completed. I still question the time that it took to complete my request. Three hours seems to be a long time.

This was my first experience with Len Stoler Hyundai. I took my car in for an oil change and it was performed quickly. I was advised on several other issues that I needed to take care of, but it was no pressure to do it that same day. The staff was professional and courteous the whole time I was there and made me feel welcome. I appreciate Len Stoler Hyundai and I definitely will continue taking my car there for future service.

The service was great. The agent was thorough and understood what I needed. I was not there for a long period, and they washed my vehicle, and it looked beautiful. I had not washed it in months. Len Stoler has always done a good job for me. I've been dealing with them for several years.

I took my Elantra in for a recall repair, and they completed the work in less time than they had initially quoted. They also inspected the car, which I was not expecting, and found I was in dire need of new tires. The tires were late arriving at the shop, but they pushed to have it completed the same day.
